Elie Bashkow is a Brooklyn-based producer, songwriter, engineer, and multi-instrumentalist. Originally from Charlottesville, VA, he studied Music and Anthropology at the University of Virginia. A genre-fluid collaborator, Elie has worked with artists including Tommy Richman, Paul Wall, Claire Brooks, Riz La Vie, Deem Spencer, McKinley Dixon, Maeta, and more. Proficient on violin, viola, mandolin, guitar, bass, and keys, Elie blends a deep instrumental background with a sharp ear for production and songwriting across folk, pop, hip-hop, indie, country, and beyond. Known for his genre-bending instincts and immersive creative approach, Elie thrives in world-building sessions and brings a holistic, artist-focused philosophy to every project—whether on stage, in the studio, writing room, or behind the board.
